Meet Our Leaders at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi
William C. Henning, Administrator and Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities: Overall executive management of the hospital: improving clinical quality, streamlining operations, developing medical staff relationships and engaging employees. Henning is a healthcare business leader with over 30 years of experience. He holds a B.S. degree and a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Georgia and is certified as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Peyton Warrington, Associate Administrator
Responsibilities: Oversees the hospital’s ancillary and support departments and works closely to support efforts in physician recruitment and patient satisfaction. For the past several years, she has worked extensively with other executive team members to design and construct the new Baptist North Mississippi hospital, which will open in late 2017. Warrington holds a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Arkansas and is certified as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Dana Williams, Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities: Managing the hospital’s financial operations, revenue cycle and budgets with expertise in funds management, finance and analysis. Williams holds a bachelor of accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi.
Sonia Mckeithen, Associate Administrator for Medical Review
Responsibilities: Quality, Infection Control, Risk Management, Medical Staff Services, HIPAA, Joint Commission, Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Lab, and the Oncology Services including Radiation and Infusion. McKeithen holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the Mississippi University for Women.
Mark Ottens, Chief Nursing Officer
Responsibilities: Oversees all areas of Nursing and Pharmacy. Main focus is facilitating the design and implementing the delivery of patient care, recommending strategies to improve services, and delivering excellent patient outcomes. Ottens received a diploma in nursing from the Baptist Health School of Nursing in Little Rock, AR; a bachelor of science in nursing from Henderson State University; and a master of arts in health science management and administration from Webster University. He also graduated from the Baptist Nursing Leadership Institute in 2010.
